A constant reminder that I'm getting older,
... That I'm not getting any younger...
To learn to grow and to know that life isn't as rosy as we all thought It would be...
Each page you turn,
You foresee different changes...
Be it affliction, affection and life itself...

To know that I can only learn to live beyond my agony.
Pray for better days,
To Learn and to accept things I cannot change.
To live a life that provide peace for my soul...

Today is my birthday
Turning 23 ..
Twenty years of his absence in my life...
Never was he here for my 4th birthday 'cause death.... Death couldn't wait for him....
Yet! My birthday is wished...

Wish me not my birthday.
It could've great with Shomo here...
Wish me not to grow,
For I feel like I'm growing to be far from him...
Wish me not well,
For my wellness is beneath the grave of a man who gave me life....

All I wish for,
All that my eyes melts for
All that my soul yearns for on this day is to hear his voice singing along with me a "Birthday song"
To sit near his grave and celebrate this day with him...
Until then.....
