Turn every page till you reach the end,
Read every word before you press 'send'
Hear every sound before you talk,
Listen to what they say, before away you walk.
See everything before you decide,
Wait with all your patience, for the storm to subside.
If only everyone wasn't so prejudiced.
If only everybody wasn't judgemental, if only our actions weren't detrimental, then maybe today we'd be somewhere else,
Laughing happily, among clamouring bells.
Waking up to hope and success,
wouldn't be a dream.
And you would never walk alone,
But stand with the support of a team.
