To be old is
To be angry with many people and things
Frustrated about the insults that anyone slings
Not having any dreams for the future at all
Passing every day is a huge burden, after all!
The never-ending EMIs keep one in their noose
From the monotony of the daily routine, one cannot break loose!
Thoughts are filled with worries and fear
Face is wrinkled and body is sick, no source of cheer!!

To be young is
To be filled with hope and cheer
Feeling that everyday, my dreams are coming near!
To be excited about every new and the opportunities it gives for me!
Carrying little baggage from the past and just living carefree!!
To be just happy for no reason at all
Our father above is guiding me in each step, after all!
To accept and love myself all the time
Get up everytime I fall, always keep trying just one more time!

Age has nothing to do with being young or old
It's all in the mind, to become dull or glitter like gold!
Ultimately it's all in our hands, you see!
Whether we choose to be old or young, sad or happy!!😃😃
