Quarantine Days
It starts off with me waking up
No feelings except for tired.
Then I eat some breakfast
And I feel like boredom is hired.
I get dressed and brush my teeth
Just like any other day.
I wear fancy clothes
That is all I have to say.
The rest of my day is weird
Just a bunch of online school.
Honestly, I'd rather want to hang out
With friends at an indoor pool.
Quarantine is a word
And I don't like it at all.
I feel bored and I can't even
Have a party at the mall.
I feel so strange
On Zoom meetings with a friend.
I just cannot wait
For this quarantine to end!
Later on in the day
I eat lunch and dinner.
Quarantine is coming
And it feels proud, like a winner.
I know these times will be done
But I have to type, type, type.
For when this is all done,
I'll be in a happy hype!
