Looking at the beautiful garden
Its grass, so lively and green
The shining morning dew
Breathing this air so clean

Families laughing everywhere
The birds chirping so loud
Enjoying my own company
Not joining the big crowd

Bugs buzzing here and there
Butterflies fluttering around
Kids laughing and Playing
As rain starts falling on the ground

Couples holding hands
Feeling the gentle breeze
A touch of the wind
That is sure to please

The summer brings comfort
And a relaxation that we all desire
Everything looks so bright
In its own special attire.

But the cold takes over
And my happiness fades away.
As I shut the window again
And return to the reality, so grey.
