Where do I go when I am feeling so lost
And I do not want to be found?

Where do I go when I am looking and listening for that inner peace of my heart?
But I know, I shall never hear that sound ever again.

Where do I go when I try to laugh but all I can do is cry?
I’m trying to keep on living because I am not ready to die.

Where do I go as the sun does not seem to shine?
Can you give me my life back, which is not yours rather it is mine,

How do I keep going and how do I fight this fight?
I’m tired of feeling a beat down but encouraging myself that I might.

Where do I go when my head hangs so low?
Please give me an answer because I am unable to know!

Where do I go when I keep thinking does it take long
For me to find that peace and a place where I belong?
