Life is a dance,
I follow His step and stride,
Where He leads,
He does guide and provide.
Some days it’s a waltz,
Slow and steady pace,
Gentle and kind,
There’s no need to race.
Some days it’s a jive,
Fast and fully alive,
Full of joy and wonder,
My Feet don’t leave solid ground.
Some days it’s foreign and frail,
My gaze falters, my feet fall,
I stumble looking for answers,
Yet He is with me through it all.
Life is a dance,
A different step for each new day,
Jesus leads us by the hand,
Just trust His timing and pray.
