The air is sweet with an acute fragrance.
Im picking strawberries off the tree.
Looking down I find myself surrounded by
Strawberries.
Stepping on them I catch a glimpse
Of a vision, I remember from a commercial
That resembles this moment.
no shoes to smash the berries
just use your feet. I smile lightly.
Soon it begins to rain.
And a quick vision of my childhood is replayed in my mind.
Thank you I tell god because I needed
This. Because it is peaceful.
And I am no longer stressed.
So it just goes to show the smallest moments. Can bring the sweetest things
