A land claiming to be free
Is a land yet unfree
With bondage which still continues
Which imprisons the human mind
A mind without fear
Is yet a way far ahead
State of head being held high
Has been left far behind
An unfree mind still continues
With hold of religious hate
Caste supremacy and patriarchy
Which rule the human mind
Where nationalism instills fear
And pushes people to margins
Where patriotism demands hate & subjugation
And nationalism unquestioned allegiance
Where a mind gets imprisoned
For demanding rights & justice
And get rewarded for lynching & hate
Cannot be a nation which is free
