who we used to be
i remember parking close to the streets where we used to live, because I found comfort
I had a range of cars from Cadillac to mustang and an outdated bugatti
smoking cheap cigars was a way for us to stop aching
I get it, those times were tough nobody's perfect
I learned to live with you on the surface, but my hunger to leave was arriving

slowly I craved for change I needed a better place than the one we had in Brooklyn
you were afraid of change but you still changed with it
I still drive by taking very short visits because I missed you
in an orange Cadillac buy you know I'm in health street

you were a toxic person that also gave me grief you changed my view on life and I respect that
you always whisper in my ear please stay a little longer but you know im seeing someone new
