"Heartbreak and love"

What I'm scared of is a man getting bored of me once we get together

Scared of heartbreak

Scared of him only loving a perception of me and once he knows me he tosses me out in the rain

Scared of not retaliating the same feelings

Scared of being abused cuz you never know someone's true colors

Scared if being stuck

Scared of love

But at the same time...

I'm looking forward to being a mystery to someone

Looking forward to risking it all for love

Looking forward to being sheltered from the rain by him accepting who I am

Finding the person who treats others right for that is a reflection of how he'll treat me

Looking forward to exploring my feelings

Finding tidbits of love

Finding solstice

and peace

but despite it all

I want to be the good to him as well

and be the shelter he was always looking for
