She wants to write a poem
But she can't find words.
She tries to use her voice
But she is never heard.
How can she be the leader
When no one ever let's her lead.
You think she is quite
But maybe she is just a bit tired
of you laughing all time.
You think she is weird
But maybe she is just trying to feel like she belongs.
You think that she likes being alone
But maybe she is just waiting
For you to show care
You think she is unforgiving and cold now
But maybe she got sick of being alone
Because you were never there.
You think that she doesn't
hear you laughing,
That she doesn't see the looks you share
But maybe she is really good at acting.
Her heart needs some repair
But she is just waiting for the person
who notices
And she ain't afraid to try and
fix the broken parts.
She is just waiting for the person
who can love a broken heart.
