I despise the feeling,
Of being left behind.
And that constant wonder,
Of not being good enough.

I detest the theory,
Of being an option,
And that opinion,
Of being with someone with reasons.

If you love me,
Love me alone.
If you can't do that,
Just leave me alone.

I hate arguing,
About being the better one.
Because in this game of two,
I want to be the only one.

If you can't take me,
Then I'll take myself away.
I know my worth,
I don't need your effort.

Just because I am shy,
Doesn't mean I will die.
This life is a gamble,
I am rolling my dice.

Don't take me for granted,
I am so done with that.
If you won't pick my heart,
Then I'll just better keep it inside.

I won't force you to love me,
Or anybody else around me.
I'll love myself better,
And I'll do it more and more.

Life taught me to be kind,
But I am not a coward.
If you test my temper,
I can wage war without a hint of fear.
