Like I haven't had to change code
Just to live in a better place, a place that I can call home

Had to face reality with parental guidance low
But sure, let's pretend that my past was grand,
Let me fantasise about a father I never had
My mother's not a schizophrenic, undiagnosed
My brother isn't morbidly obese, about to overdose
I'm waking up in cold sweats for my niece, she ain't even born yet
Maybe paradise ain't a long way ahead,
But if something happens I hope for the best outcome
'Cause I envision little Audrey Rose is better off without us
