But with your spirit holding strong, for yourself you must learn to fend.
And in the arena of deceit, hold onto your ground,
Because in your strength, their illusions will be unfound.

Therefore, with clarity as your shield, and truth as your guide,
You'll navigate through the confusing murky tide.
And their game of manipulation, shall meet its end,
As you rise above, with your spirit on the mend.

So stand tall, amidst the chaos that they're trying to brew,
As your resilience shines, as the sky's bright moon.
And in the face of gaslighting, stand tall, stand true,
For your light shall outshine, their darkness through and through!!.
