There are songs that break me down,
I listen to them and my knees buckle below me,
And my heart turns into lead,
Breaking into millions bullets that cause me to bleed from the inside out.
I grasp the top of my heart as if,
I can take it out of chest,
Sweep the air from my lungs,
Like a swift punch to the gut.
I have a weird feeling in my tummy,
And god it hurts so much,
Music has always been my closest friend,
Consoling me in the darkest of times.
But tonight!
These songs , these lyrics,
Are enough to kill me..!!
