These invisible roots have taken over my skin.
These invisible roots are reminding me it's time to begin.
I have become entangled in this web of lies and deceit.

I have found myself buried under the weight of this self-imposed concrete.
And I gently ask what needs to be left aside.
And that Is my need for reassurance and even my pride.

I have lost myself as I grew roots to you.
But my happiness is a personal vendetta and it's nothing against you.
