For some time now you've been my constant.
You've been my Northern Star guiding me home.
I can see constellations within your eyes.
I don't feel so alone.
Our conversations have brought comfort to me.

However, if I were to be honest, I wish to be free.
So much chaos.
So much talking ... Do you ever sit in silence?
Is it endless chatter???
I'd like to toss my phone into a river.
It's like I'm in a burning building and instead of fleeing I'm stopping to write my emotions.

Within our time together I've realized the truth behind your eyes as I've listened to your lies.
Drawing me in like a kid to a cmcandy shop because of loneliness.

Unfortunately that's all they are.
