What Am I?
Who am I?
What am I to everyone?
What am I to me?
Am I lost in this endless search?
When I was young, I craved riches,
Not because I'm fond of money,
But to help, to heal,
To give poor children a chance.
I never thought how I was going do it,
I never had a plan, never knew what should I choose.
Or whether would I win or lose?
All I ever wanted was happiness,
A way to escape endless sadness,
To find freedom
Freedom to talk,
Freedom to express,
Freedom to dream.
When I was a teenager, I dreamed of becoming famous,
To let my voice echo through the world.
I dreamed of leading,
Of placing a crown upon...
