That Fourth Duty
You are only my mother in law;
You don't have rights to frame me a law.
You stare at me in jealousy,
When I sit for a while breathlessly.
You rise your voice to the core fiercely,
And order me another work immediately.

This, my body is God's sanctuary,
And I owe to keep it healthy;
This is my first and foremost priority.
I bear a burden in shifts- one, two and three.
Morning, afternoon and evening,
I abide by your power of commanding.

Don't liken me to a coward party;
I obey you just because I hate enmity.
I know that the time is near for me,
To fly with my new feathers colourfully.
You never understand this truly,
That we younger souls long for a natural duty.

You break my hip in the day daily;
And at night I suffer pain so deeply.
My soul longs for my partner's sex duty;
Yet my body fights it back aimlessly.
Pain replaces my Pleasure sleeplessly;
Yet I wait for the change of time sharply.

Oh my husband! I am growing so weak surely,
By the one who gave you a frame that's manly.
Since I have lost my stamina in three shifts already,
I am unable to complete my fourth duty.
I need sleep to get charged for tomorrow's duty,
When these older folks never get a feeling for that fourth duty.
