Today has been a day I want to cherish
A day when I felt worthy
and recognised for who I really am
I was able to speak my truth,
express myself and not be judged
Our time on this planet is so brief
and to show kindness and respect to others, regardless of differences
is how I wish we could live and love
Today was special
It warmed me inside
