I came into earth
With fists full of blessings
And cries of the innocent
I saw my mother

My eyes were angelic
My screams were silent
My smiles were adorable
I was named "Ntwanano"
Which means "Agreement or harmony"
I was the harmony of the Lord

As months came , I needed someone
Someone to call father
But oh, he left
He left "me"
I never had memories with him
Just a photo of him filled with sadness

I grew, I grew, I matured
Love came
I found love, my first love after all
He was everything to me
He understood my pain more than anyone could
He understood me, he loved me

He showed me the way
He taught me not to hate
He taught me to forgive
He taught me not tohold grudges
He taught me not to be afraid
I listened, I listened to him

But oh, He left
I once said, Love doesn't last when you're still young, he proved me right
He left "me"
With unforgettable memories
With fake promises and trust issues

I seemed to hurt him all the time
I tried to let go
But he kept me close
I tried to let go
But he told me to stay
I felt like a curse

Likewise, He left, They left
They left "me"
If you know, many things go untold
I wish I could take back time
But unfortunately, the past hurts
So I will look forward to tomorrow
