writing heals me
Ink spills, secrets breathe,
Paper embraces what I grieve.
Sorrow silences, words set free,
Writing mends what's torn in me.
Verse by verse, pain finds release,
Healing whispers, serenity's lease.
Through pen's solace, strength regained,
Writing untangles, my wounds unchained.

Through ink on paper, my anguish released
Each word a balm, a salve for my soul's feast
With every pen stroke, my sorrows retreat
Writing heals my pain, makes my heart complete

In letters and lines, my tears find a voice
Emotions spilled, in verse I rejoice
From within the wounds, healing words sprout
In the realm of poetry, my pain finds a way out
