Every soul that passes the gate,
Has passed a test of fate,
Trudging along on tired feet,
Almost there, refusing to be beat
But for the ones who gave up
My God said "I will still fill your cup"
I'm not remotely close to done with you
You have a lifetime to stop being blue.
You need to stop playing Russian roulette with the life I have given
You need to turn to me and continue on living
You need to realize your life is a gift
and you need to look to Me for the lift.
Stop choosing these devilish ways
It will only end with many lost days.
Days in which you cannot get back
Always remember that I am here with arms wide open
I will always take you back.
You have been my lost sheep for many many years
I've been searching, and sometimes filled with fear.
I have finally found you
Overcome with addiction
But not once have you reached out
You have turned your back on me
but soon you will pout.
I have given you many times to come
But all you wanted was to have fun.
I can release you from these chains
and you definitely know this so stay in one lane.
You come to me and then you chose the other way
You have fallen into evil
Where do you want to lay?
