Together or Alone: A Dilemma
What a word "Together"
That word puzzles me the most.
I came into this world alone, from my mother's womb.
Even twins have their own time, one must precede the other.
There is an old saying that goes
Together we stand divided we fall
but what if standing together leads us to a common downfall, what will life be worth then?
When you grow up, you have to fend for yourself, if you lean on others you are halfway to failure.
So I wonder again, Why stand together when we know the risk of falling together.
One wise man advised me, In everything, be independent, do not depend on people, they will let you down.
Yet that phrase still echoes, together we stand.
Another wise man told me, We soar higher together. But I still have a conflicting voice in my head.
Which way? I ask myself.
The path is unclear when you have two opposing views.
Should I stand together or Trust no one?
I need to find an answer to this to move on with my life.
Maybe I already have the answer.
To some people life is bitter but to others life is sweet. If I can solve the mystery of why some people see life as sweet and others see life as bitter then I might have found the answer.
Sometimes we can stand together and sometimes I should trust no one.
Or maybe I am still searching for the answer, who knows?
