Dilution of Emotions
Here are steps towards diluting your emotions when they get overwhelming :
Step 1: Let your mind Wander.
Step 2: Feel each thought , as it appears .
Step 3 : Think some more , so you get so teary, so to squeeze out excess liquid .
Step 4: Cry your eyes out , that's where filtration takes place .
Step 5 : Cry yourself out some more , until you feel like smiling again . which will happen for sure , as it is part of the process of dilution.
Step 6 : Now the final step , the solute that should remain is the thought " That wasn't that bad , now I know how to handle this , I feel so much better ".
