Life's a slow dance, slowly moving on leaving the past
With deep breaths and baby steps, that's how each session starts
It's a long slow beautiful dance to the beat of your heart
And every breath is filled with happiness or pain
The tunes goes on but just before it reaches the end
The music pauses with another chance to start all over again
Sometimes to a series of meaningless movements
As time ticks away in the briefest of moments
The beat is slow inorder to dance
leaping into form the noble work of chance
Each dancer is blind, a fool of fate and slaves of circumstance
Some will dance in couples, some will dance alone
To life's sweet melodious tone
Because we get what we give in this life that we live
The move's hard but you choreograph your own dance
The dance goes on between chaos and order as life progress with each slow step
But if you dance with love you'll experience so much joy and happiness
And with no direction or no clues
If you let yourself loose you'll also dance to the blues
With the mind and it's motion
Light on your feet with each move
To life different pattern, you can make a beautiful groove
As life makes us twist turn and sway, sometimes we get tired of this dance craze
And, like a pendulum's swing, life seldom stays in one place
But always leaves it's trace
Life is a dance of the divine, on a leaf called time
So hold each moment fast because it will never last
Today and tomorrow is just a reflection of the past
But life does find a way to create a balance somewhere between smiles and tears
It keeps on moving, until one day the dance will be over with music in your ears
But when your dance is over
Then remembrance will be discovered
When life's beautiful melody suddenly stops just like raindrops
You'd have written your own song
And the beat of your music will play on and on!!
