How did we get here
we had built this beautiful castle up in the sky,
but all of sudden it just crushed
We used to be so much in love,
I can admit it felt like we ruled this world
It felt as if we were going to last forever,
and nothing was ever going to break us
But look at us now, we don't even recognize each other anymore
How did we get here,
You used to call me like a countless times throughout the day,
but now you never pick up my calls
It feels like we don't know each other anymore
It feels like everything I believed in was all just a lie
I believed we were meant to be
I believed we were going to last for ever
I believed our love was real, but it proved me wrong
A text from you used to bring this broad smile on my face,
But now it brings a large pool of tears
Why does life have to be like this,
I was so rooted in you
Now it feel like I'm suffocated
You took my oxygen tank away
Why do I breath, how do I even survive
How did we get here
