As I reflect over my life so much has changed.
Yet so much remaines the same .
What I can do today that I could not do yesterday, last month or a year ago
I can see myself healed from all the trauma, pain , chaos and lies.
I can almost see the finish line with every step I take I imgine I am a winner.
For me that means I am on my way to better....
