I overloaded myself
With unnecessary burdens overflowing
On my fragile old shoulders
As I limped on without any help
My back split from carrying us up the hill
Towards the end of my life's journey
Left to fend for myself
Nobody to depend on for support
All the pieces of me shattered
Everywhere they lay scattered
I blindly searched for them in the dark
Perhaps they were on the path
Which led to my final resting place
