Let my tears flood my cheeks
And drown me in sorrow.
Let the storm rage
The undertow roar
Let me disappear in the tides of my tears
Perhaps after the storm
A rainbow will wake
I am hopeful, I've always been
My heart is stitched with hope
Yet once in while
The stitches rip
And tear my heart apart
Sometimes I wish I never hoped
I regret ever hoping
When I look at the shredded
Pieces of my heart covered in blood
Let my tears flood my cheeks
And drown me in sorrow!
