In the heart's quest for love's embrace,
A journey embarked, seeking grace.
Yet, in your presence, still incomplete,
What is this love? Is it truly sweet?
Does the violin's melody weave,
Or is love in all that we perceive?
Is life a canvas, painted bright,
Or merely dreams in the still of night?
The meaning sought in sleepless hours,
Longing to be together, powers
Of love's true essence, yet untold,
In self-acceptance, does it unfold.
Within the silence, where one's left,
The meaning found, of love's deft.
Not in another, but in oneself,
In loving deeply, without oneself.
