Breathe in. Breathe out.
Count backwards.
Get a grip.
You have yourself to think about.
Cook.
Clean.
By all means.
You know the routine.
F--- your feelings girl.
Get out of them, no time for emotions,
They cause commotion
I swear life is going in slow motion.
Wake up. No change. Sleep. No change.
Repeat. Repeat. Repeat.
Wtf am I thinking?
My life is like a dog with mange.
No friends. No family support
Just me myself and I.
We all try.
To please
crying on my knees
Dear Lord
this load is too heavy
Don't you care??
The many crosses I bare?
More than my fair share.
Hello!!! Does anyone f---ing care!!!???
You read this and say,
Get out..while you still can..
run, don't walk,
don't put your happiness in one man.
You allowed people to use you,
to disrespect and abuse you,
manipulate and control you,
You made this bed, you say,
now lie in it or change it
but choose ...your choices are few.
Stop allowing them space in your head,
All meant to hurt you and destroy your self love,
Stop. Now. Don't rent them space
Look them in their face
Start living life at YOUR pace.
Leopards never loose their spots
dogs will always bark,
They won't change, YOU will have to, in order to represent and put your mark,.
In this world of thieves and liars
if not for you, then against you,
Go after your hearts desires
Require...
Truth, honesty, and respect
never again accept neglect.
Reflect
on this time
Later and remember what you fought for and won...
Yourself...you are beautiful inside , never doubt...
