Lay in the yard
in the cool spring breeze
turn off the lights
and stare up at the trees
Look at the stars
and take in their beauty
Let the inner child come alive
Get lost in wonder
at the expanse of the sky
Let all your worries
drift far away
Soon you will feel
the depression and anxiety stray
Breathe in deep,
the scent of fresh cut grass
Appreciate the miracle that is life,
for we don't know which moment could be our last
