Understand it?...Maybe they don't,
Their fault? No that's not what I'm saying,
But instead of their words that pulled out her soul,
All of them should have been praying.

Understanding it all, says the Bible,
Is not meant, for us to know,
The sickness controlling her mind now,
Tells her, "They hate you much more than they show."

"A total disgrace to your family and friends,
It was YOUR choice to go hide away,
You're pathetic, just look at you...crying,"
She'd heard more than one of them say.

With the conflict going on inside her head,
What part does her broken heart play?
It doesn't...only sharp pieces are left,
"They'll be better off if you just go away................................"
