I keep the moments spent with you
safe, neatly folded and tucked away
like winter clothes under
heaps of summer clothing.

They don't feel warm
after years of being worn
and time has made them torn.

I wear them to remind myself
of your cold and snowy skin.
Still, I will continue wearing
these winter clothes you gave me
as a souvenir of your trip to heaven
even if they make me ashen.
