As some of you may know, today is International Women's Day.
Today is the day to acknowledge all of the women who have slayed.
All of the women who have stayed up late waiting for their husband's to come back home.
All of the women who have worked so hard, just to be told no.
All of the women who have risen above the unchanging standards.
All of the women who have suffered through be treated as if they were ill mannered.
All of the women who have walked through the rubble and left without a scratch.
All of the women who won the final match.
All of the women who fought for equality.
And last but not least, all of the women who put in the money, work, and their own time to provide young girls with a safe sanctuary.
