It is that time of year again
When the creepy ghouls roam the land
Kids going house to house on every street
Dressed as monsters, screaming, "Trick or treat!"
The chill in the air is felt on your skin
The leaves all falling before winter rolls in
This is my favorite time of year, no doubt
When all the spookies are out and about
Terror reigns nearly everywhere
Everyone hopeful they'll get a good scare.
