So what if I am different?
I am my own self,
I have special identity,
My presence is felt and heads turn when I enter the room,
What do they see?

One who is adorned with ornaments of beauty,
One whose strength never fails,
One whose pains comforts her,
One who is standing against all odds, she lives,
One whom they destroyed with words they spoke,
Yet she lives.

So what if I am different?
Don't try to destroy cause I am someone you don't comprehend,
Don't hate me cause of what the Creator adorned me with,
Don't ostrasize me cause of my unique abilities,
I am who I am,
If we were all the same in the world it would be boredom,

So what if I am different?
I am here to stay,
I am here to share wisdom with the world,
I am here to use my unique abilities,
I am here to counsel and heal broken hearts,
I am here to give encourage others and not bring them down,
I am here to share my blessings with the world,
I am here to do more than I could ever imagine,

So what if I am different?
Don't be intimidated by uniqueness,
Cause you have no clue where I have gone through to be who I am today,
I grow from strength to strength,
I grow from glory to glory,
I am peace within myself and joyful,
I am different and that's me,
I have embraced this difference I see about me,
Embrace your own difference.
