My day started with your "good morning" message, and ended with your "good night" message.
Now it starts with a dream and ends with how to make it true.
Now if your message comes or not,
Still my days starts and passes too.
Before I waited for your message, now I wait for my dreams to come true.
But let it go, it doesn't matter now.




Just to, make you smile I found various ways.
Do you remember?
I made you smile when you were extremely angry.
There you smiled, here my heart felt the happiness.
I wish, you be happy always.
Your sorrows, your happiness matters alot.
But let it go, it doesn't matter now.


I made you understand in my broken English.
I didn't have time though I managed for you.
Just to make your smile, I invested my precious time.
I really hope, you still smile the same way.
Your smile mattered alot.
But let it go, it doesn't matter now.


Even though, you were seven oceans away, I made me feel like you are just next to me.
I supported you in your sorrows and happiness.
But let it go, it doesn't matter now.


I admit that , I couldn't meet you in person,
I couldn't hug you,
I couldn't express my love in front of you in person.
You only said that distance is just a number.
You couldn't wait for some time.
You couldn't understand my situation.
But let it go, it doesn't matter now.


Do you remember?
I read your sorrow just hearing your voice.
I understand your situation.
I trusted on you more than myself.
Still I remember your promise for supporting me forever.
But let it go, it doesn't matter now.


Still , I remember your Diary where you learned and wrote words of my language.
The dollars you saved for our first meeting.
The songs which you sang and sent to me.
Those pages of papers where you expressed your love to me.
Today , I miss you like anything.
But let it go, it doesn't matter now.


I still remember those never ending conversation,
Those planning of marriage,
Name of kids.
All those dreams which we watched together.
I miss them alot.
But let it go, it doesn't matter now.


I still remember,
No matter where you were , you found time for me to talk.
I don't think, there was any single day,
We didn't talk.
Today I miss you badly.
But let it go, it doesn't matter now.


Even today, I am in hope that you'll come back.
Even today , I am waiting for you.
If possible, please do come back.
But let it go, it doesn't matter now.


But the truth is, it matters alot.
