So why don't you sing us a waltzing Matilda
While we fight for a treaty for our island home
We are the voice from the land down under
True blue as we look for a better tomorrow
Rest in peace to our lost one's
While we continue walking these city streets
One song one anthem across this great southern land
Trying to get a fair go chasing our many dreams
We rise with the spirits of our ancient culture from where we first began
It must be told with the mistakes that were made along the way
There's still many but we're a far cry from where we were yesterday
Proudly we hold a legends hall of fame

As we tour through our sunburnt country
Like Uluru the red centres outback
Lest we forget the fight of our Aussie digger
And huge sacrifices to Eddie Mabos native title act
Bushland of Acacia , Jacaranda camping by a billabong
Listening to the kookaburra sitting singing in the old gumtree
A country raviged by fire and flood
Tourism that showcases more than just a beautiful barrier Reef
Wildlife of koala, Emu, and Giant red kangaroo's
A sacred culture tribal law corroboree dancing Dreamtime with echo's of the didgeredoo.
