some see in you only gloom, others, the outlines of their past mistake.
I find peace in you, you let me hide my insecurities, all my stretch marks and acne, my body fat and creases.
you don't judge me for being too expressive. solely in the cacoon of your embrace do I feel safe and protected. only in your presence can I weep without judgement.
