I Don't Just Aspire to Be a Great Poet
I don't just aspire to be a great poet,
But to unravel thy heart's to intimate chance,
Like a slow-burn romance novel, I covet–
the constant passion of love's fierce trance.

A slow burn, like embers glowing in the night,
Love's impact will hits me like a huge comet,
Passing the darkness with dazzling light–
and leaving my soul in a tumultuous sonnet.
