URBAN CLUTTER
Waking up to an alarm shrill
Gadgets whirring and all pervasive din.
As you stretch rubbing your sleep worn eyes
The pressure cooker whistle makes your shackles rise
You walk outside for some peace & quiet
But what meets the eyes is a sorry plight
Rarely can you hear a birdie chirp
Ears swarmed by all the honks & beeps
The only piece of heavenly music
Is the melody of innocent laughter floating from the park swings ...!!
