Eternal Dance
In the heavens above, a celestial romance unfolds,
As the moon and the sun, their eternal dance behold,
Chasing each other in an endless pursuit,
A love story written in the sky, a tale to astute.
The sun, glorious and bright, with golden rays,
Illuminates the world, through the warmest of days,
A fiery passion, burning fiercely in the sky,
A symbol of strength, as the hours go by.
And there, in the night, the moon begins to rise,
A silver orb, casting a spell, a mesmerizing guise,
A gentle presence, calming the earth's restless soul,
Bringing forth serenity, making the night whole.
As the sun sets in the west, bidding its goodbye,
The moon takes its place, lighting up the sky,
Their paths converging, in a celestial ballet,
A cosmic waltz, with no words left to say.
They meet for a moment, in the rarest of glows,
A tender embrace, as the night's beauty unfolds,
But alas, this love can never fully be,
For destiny decrees, they must forever flee.
For as the moon dances, the sun will pursue,
A love that can never unite, but forever renew,
They chase and they dance, in an eternal trance,
Two celestial beings, destined for their own expanse.
And yet, in their dance, a story is told,
Of a love that's forbidden, yet never grows old,
For in their separation, a longing persists,
A yearning for each other, in the depths of their mists.
As the sun rises each dawn, the moon fades away,
But their love lingers on, growing stronger every day,
They may never touch, never truly be near,
But their dance in the heavens, forever sincere.
And so, in the night, watch closely above,
The moon and the sun, two souls bound by love,
Their eternal dance, a symbol so grand,
A love that can never be, but will forever withstand.
