individual commitment to a group effort ,that is what makes a team work ,i am extremely moved and touched how as a team we works together for a cause which is beyond wealth,money,fam and status ....we literally give our lives in each other hand over a string ,thank you very much for the trust and believing in my leadership..........u all left me wondering for the longest till we find out what keeps us motivated and always energetic for such a hardhness and complicated things ....thanx. for my group.which belives in my leadership and keep me stay positive and motivated........
