Whisper Whisper
There's this annoying little voice in the back of my mind that keeps whispering "what if you can't do it? What if you don't make it? What if all of this was for nothing, and you were created to go nowhere?"
Ive done my best to tune out whispers- I've gotten quite good at it.
but when the rest of the world falls silent, and it's just me and that whisper, it starts to feel like a scream.
A scream that oozes out of my mind and drops onto my hands and leaks from my eyes until all I can think and feel and see and become is that whisper.
so I will let the world be loud; the sky can burn and the ground can shake and the universe xa collapse beneath my feet and I will thank you for allowing me refuge from that whisper.
