I swear I fell in love that day as I looked into your eyes ,
I remember how I made you promise,
that you would never leave me behind
But time went on we began to drift apart and as our friendship disappeared.
So did species of my "HEART"
I don't understand where the old you went ,
The boy who picked me up and loved me when we were ten ,
It has been years now and I don't think about you as I did ,
But I wonder if you remember the promise we made when we were "KIDS".
