Last Saturday we made plans,
They were up in the air.
You sent me an RSVP,
Still your intentions, weren't clear.
We spent a couple of hours chatting,
You sipped tea, I sipped coffee.
We met up at a coffeehouse, we agreed it was tacky.
So we took a stroll outside,
Not a lot of cars on the street.
It seemed like we were in another world,
We were glad we could meet....
