In the buzzin' city jetters,
Where the sound of silence could not be heard ..

Always on the run,
As time might just be out of hand ..

Tik tok, tik tok, as the hands of the clock tiks,
Reminding me that, every second is but a counted streak ..

Oh I hate this, these rushing hours that just can take,
A bit of a day's goal, without having to hesitate.
